BNP Paribas Ace Manager, the first online banking adventure game based on real-life scenarios is back for its second edition!
Ace Manager has been designed in collaboration with BNP Paribas bankers to give students an understanding of the Group's three core business areas: Retail Banking, Corporate and Investment Banking, and Investment Solutions.
4,364 students in teams of 4 played the first edition of Ace Manager which took place in the first quarter of 2009. The most represented countries were: India, Turkey, France, China, Ukraine, Italy, Russia, Germany, Hong Kong, the United Kingdom and Algeria.
The mission for the second edition is to assist retired tennis star John McKenzie in launching his company "Green Tennis INC.", which markets eco-sustainable development products related to the sport.
The 3 challenges, inspired by real-life scenarios and revolving around the world of tennis, will test the aptitude of participants in various banking professions:
- Create a financial plan to launch a start-up and promote its growth
(Corporate & Investment Banking)- Advise Green Tennis INC. and his founder John McKenzie in innovative real estate solutions and asset management
(Investment Solutions)- Support Green Tennis INC. in its worldwide commercial development

Prizes: 1st team €9,000; 2nd team €3,000; 3rd team €1,500. Tickets to tennis tournaments will be awarded to all the finalists.
